Ook fijn!Īf en toe was het iet wat ongeloofwaardig of kort door de bocht, maar goed het is dan misschien een boek waar je niet teveel of niet te hoge verwachtingen aan moet stellen. En dat riep bij mij weer typische tienergevoelens op, kon me goed verplaatsen in de hoofdpersonen. Zonder echt het land te beschrijven kreeg ik toch de sfeer mee die er heerste, erg leuk! Vassar is anders dan andere tieners maar op bepaalde vlakken natuurlijk precies een tiener. Het verhaal is leuk, je zit er snel in en het sleept je mee door de reis in Maleisïe. De schrijfstijl vond ik zelf wel fijn, niet de beste die ik ooit ben tegen gekomen, maar het leest vlot weg.
